In the Collaborative Divorce approach, a professional team supports couples through the emotional aspects of divorce as they resolve the legal and financial issues.

A general contested divorce occurs when the parties cannot agree on any or all issues, depending on the complexity of the parties’ marriage and lifestyle.

Limited Scope Representation allows attorneys to provide discrete legal services to clients as a more affordable option to traditional full-service representation.

An “uncontested” divorce is where the divorce is amicable and there are very little or no unresolved issues between the parties.

One of the most emotionally charged issues in a divorce or paternity case is custody of the children.

Alimony, or spousal support, is the payment by one spouse to another of a certain sum of money after the divorce is finalized.

Modification of child custody, parenting time, alimony, and child support is an option when circumstances have changed since the initial divorce or last entered order.

Families are unique and it is not uncommon for children to be born outside of marriage. Because of this, resolving paternity issues is important to solidify parental roles.
